I had been looking at this wig for a Lulu cosplay for a while and finally went to purchase it - and found that it was not available. I contacted The Wig Outlet and they let me know that I could preorder it, as it would be coming back into stock. The exchange was always friendly and understanding, it was great. Received my wig when they said I would - my second one from these guys! It fits great and looks so nice. I am really happy :)

So happy with this wig, I can't actually believe how real it look and how wonderful the quality is. I've tried on wigs three times the price that don't have a patch on this one! Would definitely recommend.

Yes, believe it! I needed the item ASAP due to last minute changes made to the character I was playing. I placed my order at 2am in the morning selecting it be sent via express mail (yes it's a standard option they offer ) with a message asking if they could please post ASAP, even same day if possible? I received an email at about 8.30am same day advising it had been packed and shipped already and on it's way! And when it arrived the next day the quality of the wig did not let down the level of service they'd just given. It was quality all round. Thank you!
